Fresh Food Policy Because we sell perishable, chef-prepared meals, we are unable to accept physical returns. Your satisfaction is our priority — if there is ever an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it promptly, your complete satisfaction is our goal.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsatisfactory Orders Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your meal is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at orders@whiteoakgourmet.com or call 224-279-6084. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Cancellations All orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time to avoid being charged. To cancel, contact us at orders@whiteoakgourmet.com.
Refunds Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.
