Where We Deliver — Chicago's Northwest Suburbs, Lake County and Chicago
White Oak delivers fresh-prepared meals across Chicago's northwest suburbs, the North Shore and Lake County, with pickup in Long Grove, Lake Zurich and Chicago's Rogers Park. Order by Monday 10am for Monday–Wednesday delivery, or Thursday 10am for Thursday–Saturday. Delivery is free on orders over $50.
Delivery zones and days
Everything we make is cooked in our Long Grove kitchen twice a week and goes out the same day or the next. That is why the map has edges — we would rather deliver a meal that was made this morning to a town twenty minutes away than ship one that was made last month to a town two hundred miles away.

When do I need to order by?
We cook twice a week, so there are two cut-offs.
- Order by Monday, 10am — for delivery Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Order by Thursday, 10am — for delivery Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
Deliveries arrive in the late afternoon or early evening. If you are subscribed to a meal plan, your order repeats automatically against these same cut-offs, and you can skip or pause any week from your account.
What happens if I'm not home?
Leave a cooler out and we will pack your meals into it with chill bricks, so nothing sits at room temperature waiting for you. Tell us where to look for it in the notes on your order — a side porch, a garage, behind a planter — and that is where it will be.
This matters most for two groups: people who are still at work when we come round, and families ordering for a parent who may not answer the door. In both cases the meals keep cold until someone gets to them.

Three collection points, and the Long Grove one is same-day.

Can I pick up instead?
Yes, at three locations. Long Grove offers same-day pickup Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday on orders placed by 10am. Lake Zurich and Wild Onion Market in Chicago are pre-order only, with set collection hours listed above.
Do you ship outside the Chicago area?
No. We do not freeze or ship meals — everything is cooked fresh and delivered locally within a day or two. If you are outside our area, our products are also carried by independent grocers as far out as Loves Park.
