2023 International Flavor Awards Winner Belize Me is inspired by the spicy and fruity hot sauces of the Caribbean. Featuring Scotch Bonnet peppers, Mango, a Maruga Scorpion pepper or two for sting, Garlic, Carrots and Onion to round it out. Excellent on fish, grilled meat, breakfast and ice cream!
