Oaxaca Mexican inspired dish with Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp seasoned with our own chile spice mix and garlic, then grilled. Served with rice, hominy or fresh corn, beans or green vegetable and our own guajillo red mole sauce.
Ingredients: Wild caught Gulf shrimp, garlic, onions, olive oil, chicken stock, herbs, spices, salt, pepper.
Corn: Hominy corn, onion, poblano peppers, expeller pressed grapeseed oil, chicken stock, spices, salt, pepper. Vegetable: salt, pepper.
Mole Sauce: Chile peppers, garlic, almonds, expeller pressed grapeseed oil sesame seed, chocolate, sugar, spices, salt, pepper. Contains Tree Nuts
